Registered accounts

Use your registered account for persistent addon choices and supported profile/library features. Account-level addon choices can follow your RELAY session across devices. Device playback settings remain local.

Guests

Guests use a default avatar. Addon preferences are isolated using a signed guest-session identifier rather than a shared guest account's addon records. A guest session is temporary; clearing cookies, expiration or an app session reset can lose access to its addon library. Guest mode is not a durable backup.

Temporary versus saved media

Torrent checking and playback create temporary local data. Closing sessions triggers cleanup. A file explicitly saved with Download, or a subtitle file you supplied yourself, is not the same as working cache and should be managed separately.

Third-party services

Catalogue, subtitle and source providers process requests needed for their functionality. Torrent peers participate in your transfer. An addon SDK permission declaration does not sandbox its publisher or make its service private.

Credentials and links

Keep provider API keys on addon servers. Personalised manifest URLs and stream links may carry tokens; share only public links intended for distribution. Never post raw session cookies or complete logs without checking them.
